Two pillars, and the arrow between them.

Our whole way of working is drawn into the logo. Here it is, taken apart.

Specification

It's the relationship, not the transaction.

A website isn't a product you take delivery of once. It's a working part of the business, and it needs someone standing behind it the day after launch and the year after that.

01

Component A โ€” You

The business, already running. Customers, prices, a way of doing things. Nothing we build should ask you to change any of it.

02

Component B โ€” Us

The side that stays. Hosting, updates, search health, the person who replies. Built once, then looked after indefinitely.

03

Assembly โ€” the gap

Neither pillar carries the growth on its own. The arrow only exists because both stand there, holding the space between them.

How we actually work

Four things that don't change, no matter what we're building.

  1. 01

We say no more than we say yes.

If something doesn't help your customers, we won't build it just because it's billable.

  2. 02

Nothing ships without you seeing it first.

No surprise launches, no "trust the process."

  3. 03

    Ownership isn't a feature, it's the default.

Your domain, your code, your data โ€” from day one, not after a dispute.

  4. 04

    We stay after launch.

A site that gets abandoned the day it goes live isn't finished, it's parked.

Boundaries, on purpose

A few things we've decided never to do.

  • We won't sell you ads you don't need, just to pad an invoice.
  • We won't lock your site behind a platform you can't leave.
  • We won't disappear the day your site goes live.
  • We won't pretend a template is a custom build.

Build note โ€” 2026

AB Digital started from a repeated complaint, not a business plan. Small business owners kept describing the same experience โ€” a website built once, then abandoned, by someone impossible to reach the moment something broke. This was built to be the opposite of that: one person, answerable, for as long as the site needs to keep working.

Operating notes

Slow to start, quick to answer.

Before the build

We ask first

Nothing gets designed until we know who your customers are and what they need to see before they call you. Most of the value is decided in that conversation.

After the build

Then we stay

Launch day is the middle of the job, not the end. Updates, hosting, backups and search health continue quietly while you run the business.

If that's the way you'd want to work, say hello.

Tell us about the business. We'll tell you plainly what it needs and what it costs.
